Development.
Sites shall be prime locations suitable for retail, light industrial, or office uses. Retail and office sites shall be in in high traffic corridors near major residential development or employment centers. Light industrial sites shall be located along major arterial road corridors and interstates.
Acquisition.
Properties shall be neighborhood shopping centers or low-rise office with attractive yields and tenant mix.
Lease.
Lang CRE only considers lease properties for our brokerage services clients. Brokers submitting lease sites shall be protected by the lessor. Lang CRE shall be paid by lessor per separate agreement.
